Notice to Taxpayers of Additional Appropriations Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the Kosciusko County Council Members of said county will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the Syracuse-Turkey Creek Township Public Library budget for the current year during their regular meeting at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 121 N Lake St., Warsaw, IN in the 3rd floor courtroom at 7 p.m. on the 9th day of July, 2015. Fund Name: General Operating Amount Major Budget Classification: Other Services and Charges $71,000 Total for General Operating Fund $71,000 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance.
