Notice to Taxpayers of Additional Appropriations Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the Board of Directors of Syracuse-Turkey Creek Township Public Library of said county will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year in the library meeting room at the Syracuse Public Library, 115 East Main Street, Syracuse, Indiana, at 6:00 p.m. on the 27th day of May 2015.
