Notice is hereby given, that the Town Council of Syracuse, Indiana will receive sealed bids for the collection and disposal of refuse and recyclables set out in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Clerk Treasurer, Town Hall, 310 N Huntington Street, Syracuse, Indiana.
All bids shall be shall be submitted on the response forms included in the contract specifications, and shall include a non-collusion affidavit, and a certified check or bid bond of ten (10) percent of the annual bid price. Checks or bid bonds should be made payable to the Town of Syracuse. Bids will be received until 12:30 p.m. on July 14, 2017 at the office of the Clerk Treasurer, 310 N Huntington St. Syracuse Indiana. Bid opening will be in the Town Council meeting room, 310 N Huntington St on July 14, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. The Town Council will award the bid at their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, which begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Syracuse Town Hall. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, delete any portions, or waive any formalities in the bidding.
