NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF BUDGET ESTIMATES AND TAX LEVIES
In the matter of determining tax rates for certain purposes by the Library Board of Syracuse Public Library, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Syracuse Public Library, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that th e proper officers of said Library will conduct a public hearing at 115 E. Main St., Syracuse on the 2 011 Budget at 6:15 p.m. on September 27, 2010. Following this meeting, any ten or more taxpayers may object to budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objecting petition with the proper officers of the politi cal subdivision within seven days after the hearing. The objecting petition must identify the provisions of the budg et, tax rate or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the political subdivision shall adopt with its budget a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following this aforementioned hearing, the Library Board will meet at 115 E. Main St., Syracuse, Indiana on October 25, 2010 at 6:15 pm to adop t the fol lowing budget: Net Assessed Valuation 1,479,127,375
