The Town of Syracuse, 310 N. Huntington St, Syracuse, Indiana, is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Public utility extension from the intersection of State Road 13 and South County Line Road, running north and south along State Road 13. The construction also to run along South County Line Road to the east to Long Drive, then south on Long Drive. Run-off from the project site will have an eventual release to the Turkey Creek - Skinner / Hoopingarner Ditches and Turkey Creek - Lake Wawasee. Contact person: J.
