Kosciusko County Circuit Court Judge Rex Reed accepted a Syracuse man's plea agreement for charges of dealing methamphetamine.
Samuel E. Coquillard, 44, was sentenced to four years in prison for possession of methamphetamine more than three grams. His plea was part of an agreement that also dismissed two counts of dealing methamphetamine.
Coquillard was arrested in February for dealing methamphetamine after police found an active meth lab in a garage at his residence at 9952 N. American Way, Syracuse.
In May, Coquillard was arrested again and charged with operating an illegal drug lab at 801 Harrison Court, Syracuse.
