SYRACUSE -ÊFive people were arrested on drug charges Monday evening when a warrant was served at a residence in Syracuse.
Acting on information from a confidential informant, the Syracuse Police Department obtained a search warrant and served it at 1409 Workman Drive, Syracuse, around 4:50 p.m. Monday.
When the warrant was served, officers found methamphetamine, mushrooms (a hallucinogen drug), paraphernalia and needles in the home.
The five people arrested were:
Nichoal Michelle Sexton, 23, Goshen, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance. Her bond was set at $100,000.
Ashley Lynn Templeton, also known as Ashley Collins, 23, of 2902 S. CR 400E, Pierceton, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. A $100,000 bond was set.
Whitney Nicole Hobbs, 18, of 402 W. Section St., Milford, arrested for possession of narcotic drugs/cocaine, visiting a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia. She is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Michael David Mench, 23, of 1409 N. Workman Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of narcotic drugs/cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance. His bond was set at $100,000.
Ridgely Alan Ritter Jr., aka Butch Ritter, 36, Wolcottville, arrested for possession of narcotic drugs/cocaine and visiting a common nuisance. He is being held on a $100,000 bond.
The same residence also had search warrants for drugs served on it in the past by the Syracuse Police Department and Kosciusko County Drug Task Force.
The Syracuse Police Department was assisted in the investigation and with the arrests by the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Indiana State Police.
