Notice is hereby given, that the Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing, on a petition remanded back to the Board of Zoning Appeals by the Kosciusko County Superior Court #1 Judge (Case Number 11009SV – Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals, Case Number 43D01-1105-PL-50 – Kosciusko County Superior Court #1), filed by DEREK POWELL requesting a Variance from the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance to allow:
Allow a greenhouse to remain as constructed (without permits or hearings) 7.4 feet from the west right-of-way and allow outside storage of landscape materials in excess of 20% of the lot area without screening
Property Location: Key # 008-018-127.B and 008-021-002.C, located on State Road 13 & County Road 1400 North, Syracuse, Indiana and lying on the west side of State road 13 and 0 feet south of County Road 1400 North in the North End Development.
This hearing will be in the Syracuse Town Hall 310 N. Huntington Street Syracuse, Indiana on Thursday January 19, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Area Planning Department, Courthouse, Warsaw, Indiana no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the hearing.
