SYRACUSE - Bids for the water and sewer services extension on Ind. 13 in Syracuse to Ace Hardware were opened Tuesday at a special Syracuse Town Council meeting.
Cripe Excavating's base bid was $104,100, with a bid for alternates of $19,810. Phend & Brown Excavating's base bid was $162,593, with a bid for alternates of $47,600.
The bid was awarded to Cripe Excavating.
