All Hearings Will Be Heard No Earlier Than The Designated Time Unless Modified Prior To The First Hearing. The First Public Hearing Will Begin At 6:00P.M. (Local Time) And Hearings Shall Proceed as Noted on the Meeting Agenda.

Written Comments Filed With The Area Plan Commission Will Be Entered Into Official Record And Oral Comments Will Be Heard At The Time Of The Public Meeting. The Board May Find It Necessary To Continue Any Hearing, In Which Case This Serves As Legal Notification For Such Hearings.
