In 1999, the K21 Foundation and several other entities joined to conduct a comprehensive health survey of Kosciusko County.
HealthQuest Co. conducted the survey, distributing it to 10,000 residents in the county.
The results of this comprehensive survey will be presented by Linde Howell, president of HealthQuest Consulting Inc. From her work with the survey, she has become quite familiar with the county.
Howell frequently writes and speaks on issues related to health futures and chaos and complexity theory related to health care. She has spoken to many national audiences, published numerous articles and just completed co-authoring a book.
She will present the top health-related issues of concern at the symposium.
LifeQuest was formed to enhance the quality of life in Kosciusko County. Stephanie Noffsinger was retained by the Kosciusko 21st Century Foundation as LifeQuest coordinator.
In her position, Noffsinger is leading the efforts to facilitate improvement or change as indicated by the survey. She will review these efforts during the symposium.
Who should attend the symposium? Business owners, managers, benefits managers, human resources personnel and health care providers.
Registration deadline is Tuesday and cancellations will be accepted until noon Wednesday. No-shows will be billed.
