Sylvan Learning Center was at the North Webster Community Public Library Feb. 16 for a free interactive seminar for parents to overcome their math fears. Parents are better able to help their children with their math homework if they know the material. Pictured are Kathie Kenworthy and Sue Boyle, who each won a Texas Instrument TI 84 Plus Silver Edition Graphing Calculator worth $130. Parents are invited to attend the next Forgotten Math session at the North Webster Community Public Library March 16 at 6 p.m. and have a chance to win a graphing calculator. For more information, call the library at 574-834-7122 or Sylvan Learning Center at 574-267-6005.
