Warsaw Community High School Co-0p Related Training Class Thursday.

Warsaw Community High School students have been busy making treats this week. And the chocolate stars they have been moulding and bagging will make their appearance at the Kosciusko County/Warsaw Chamber of Commerce banquet Wednesday."

"Chocolates are so expensive," said Kim Nance, Chamber economic development director, "so we approached Judy Egolf at the high school."

Egolf has taught Family and Consumer Science classes for 22 years. She thought this would be a good community service project for the Co-op Related Training class which teaches job skills in the food and health care fields.

None of the 27 students, all seniors, involved in the project said they wanted to become professional candy makers after making 1,200 stars and wrapping them in 300 packages.

The Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet is Wednesday at 2517 Restaurant.
