FORT WAYNE - Suzan "Suzie" Hofer, 42, of Fort Wayne, died Aug. 9, 2008, in Parkview North.
She was born Feb. 8, 1966, in Warsaw, to Vernon and Marcille Fawley, who survive in Fort Wayne. She married Michael, who survives.
She graduated from Northrop High School in 1984, and Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing in 1987. She was an OB nurse at Parkview Hospital for eight years and was a former Home Health Care nurse. She was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, where she was an occasional flutist, Bible school teacher and active in the children's choir.
Also surviving are her children: Stephanie, Phillip and Katie, all of Fort Wayne; and a brother, Gregory Fawley, Fort Wayne.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church with pastors Phillip Emerson and Stacy Downing officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, Fort Wayne, and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church.
