Two former Warsaw residents are suspects in a case of missing cash receipts from the Eagles Lodge in Warsaw.
According to police reports, the former secretary and assistant secretary of the lodge are wanted for questioning in the disappearance of between $70,000 and $100,000 in cash receipts from the lodge's tip and punch boards.
The two live in Florida after selling their property on Fox Farm Road.
The loss was discovered and reported to Warsaw police Thursday by lodge trustee Johnia Dove Sr., who discovered that only $2,200 had been deposited into the lodge's bank account and that there were $60,000 in unpaid bills.
According to Dove and four witnesses, the two suspects were given the cash receipts while they held their positions in 1994-95.
The case remains under investigation by the Warsaw Police Department.
