I would like to comment on one of the candidates, specifically Joe V. Sutton, who is running again for Superior Court III judge.
I have appeared in Judge Sutton's small claims court on numerous occasions, always as the plaintiff. I often did not always get exactly was I asking for in my claim. However, Judge Sutton's decision was always fair and balanced for the plaintiff, as well as the defendant. He did indeed treat each case with dignity and respect.
For those reasons, I do respect Judge Sutton, support him for re-election and encourage the voters of Kosciusko County to vote and re-elect Judge Sutton for another term as Superior Court III judge.
