NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
Superior Excavating Soils and Services LLC, 3114 E. US Highway 30,
Warsaw, Indiana 46580, is submitting a NOI letter for construction
activities on agricultural ground located at 5179 E. Old Rd. 30,
Pierceton, Indiana 46562 to notify the IDEM of our intent to comply with
the requirements of 327 IAC 15-6. Run-off from the project site will dis -
charge to McCarter Ditch. Questions or comments should be directed
