A fun day of jet-skiing took a turn for the worse Saturday morning for North Webster resident Andy Jones. Jones, 20, was launching his personal watercraft Saturday morning at Fisherman Cove Boat Ramp, Webster Lake, when reportedly the transmission on his car failed and the entire car slipped into the lake. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department deputies Rick Oliver and Craig Bale and Stuckman's Towing Service, Syracuse, helped Jones get the car out of the water. Photo by Chuck Lawrence
