Sun & Skin Care Class At Library

Posted
Sun protection is essential for skin cancer prevention – non-melanoma skin cancers and melanomas are associated with exposure to UV radiation from the sun.

Researchers found that daily application of an SPF sunscreen reduced melanoma incidence by half in study participants.

What does SPF mean and how much do you need? What does skin cancer look like? People will get answers to all of these questions as well as learn how to have great skin at Warsaw Community Public Library Wednesday at 6 p.m. This class is free and open to the public with Karen Long, independent sales director of Mary Kay, leading the discussion.
