The nature of the suit is based upon an accumulation of garbage/rubbish at 29 EMS B74 Lane, Warsaw, Indiana 46582, which is creating a health hazard in that it may become a breeding ground for disease and vectars and also that said accumulation of garbage/rubbish is creating a public nuisance. This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants, whose addresses are unknown: Heirs and Devisees of Ruben Radziminski and also to any and all owners or holders of any interest in real property commonly known as 29 EMS B 74 Lane, Warsaw, Indiana. In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this law suit. If you have a claim for relief against this Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. Your must answer the complaint in writing by you or your attorney within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, and if you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
