Plaintiff s Complaint against you is to Quiet Title to Real Estate in and to the following described real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana: Boat Lot Numbered 811BW as shown on the Amended Plat of Parts of Section 1A and Section BB, Enchanted Hills, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 172, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following Defendants whose present whereabouts are unknown: Michael Ott, Marina Ott, Manhattan Mortgage Corp. and NBD Bank. Plaintiff s Complaint seeks to quiet title against the world. Plaintiff claims superior title to the above described real estate by virtue of and through a Warranty Deed based upon properly executed Tax Title Deed. If you claim any interest in the real estate described herein, you or your attorney must answer in writing the Compliant to Quiet Title to Real Estate within thirty (30) days after the third notice of suit is published and if you fail to do so a default judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded in the Complaint for to Quiet Title to Real Estate.
