Plummer, and all persons Who may assert or claim a right or interest in certain real estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana. You are hereby notified that on the 30th day of December 2009, the above-named Plaintiffs, by their attorneys, Rockhill Pinnick LLP (Richard K. Helm), 105 East Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, have filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, their Complaint to Quiet Title to certain real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 33 North, Range 5 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the North line of said Northwest Quarter at a point situated 990.4 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence East on and along said North line being within the right-of-way of County Road 700 North, a distance of 199.0 feet; thence South by an interior angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes a distance of 191.0 feet; thence West by an interior angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes parallel to said North line a distance of 199.0 feet; thence North by an interior angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes a distance of 191.0 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.873 acre of land, more or less, subject to legal right-of-way for County Road 700 N. Subject to all covenants, easements, restrictions of record and all applicable zoning laws and ordinances and possible rights of title and drainage ditches. Subject to all legal highways and easements of record. This action has been instituted and prosecuted by the Plaintiffs for the purpose of quieting title to the above described real' estate, as against all Defendants, claims, and claimants, whatsoever and whomsoever, and as against the world. You and each of you, or your respective attorneys on your behalf, must respond to the Complaint by action, or other response thereto, on or before the 3rd day of March, 2010, the same being more than 30 days after the third and last publication of this notice. If you fail to do so, the matters and things alleged in the Plaintiffs' Complaint may be taken as true and a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
