BREWER, and WILMA J. MASON, Defendants CAUSE NO. 43D01-1204-PL-40 To: All persons who may assert a claim or right or interest in certain real estate in Kosciusko County located at 10251 South Edgewater Street, Silver Lake, IN 46982. You are hereby notified that on the 10th day of April, 2012, the above-named Plaintiffs, by their attorneys, Rockhill Pinnick LLP (Richard K. Helm), 105 East Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, have filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1, Kosciusko County, Indiana, their Complaint to Quiet Title to certain real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: A tract of land in Kosciusko County, Indiana, beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 11 in the plat of Courtland Park originally recorded at Plat book 4, page 40 and 41, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence westward along the north line of lot 11, extended, a distance of 37 feet, more or less, to the low water mark of Silver Lake; thence southwest along the low water mark of Silver Lake a distance of 40 feet, more or less, to a point that intersects the south line of lot 11, extended; thence a distance of 45 feet more or less to the southwest corner of lot 11; thence northward along the west line of lot 11, a distance of 40 feet to the place of beginning. The area described above is that part of the real estate within the plat lying between lot 11 and delineated on the plat and the low water mark of Silver Lake. It constitutes a strip of 40 feet in width, bounded on the north and south by the lot lines of lot 11, extended, and on the west by the water of Silver Lake. This action is instituted and prosecuted by the Plaintiffs for the purpose of quieting title to the above-described real estate as against any and all named Defendants, claims, and claimants, whatsoever and whomsoever, and as against the world. You and each of you or your respective attorneys on your behalf must respond to the Complaint by answer or other response thereto on or before the 31st day of May, 2012, the same being more than 30 days after the third and last publication of this notice. If you fail to do so, the matters and things alleged in the Plaintiff's Complaint may be taken as true and a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
