Landis), 105 East Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, his Complaint to Quiet Title to certain real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: TRACT I: A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a railroad iron at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24, thence South 89°26'17" West, (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using Indiana East NAD83 coordinate system), along the South line of said Northeast Quarter, 872.80 feet to a 3/4" pipe and the North line of J & R Realty Inc. property as described in Doc. #97-02-1006 being the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 89°26' 17" West, along said South line of Northeast Quarter and said North line of J & R Realty Inc., 19.40 feet to the Southeast corner of J & R Realty Corp. 's property as described in Deed Record 220, page 552; thence North 00°20'37" West, along the East line of said J & R Realty Corp. property, 51.94 feet (recorded 50') to the Northwest corner of said property being on the South line of E. TRACT II: A tract of land in the South Fractional half of the Northwest Fractional quarter of Section 24, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot #1 in Violet Lung's Natti-Crow Beach Addition to Wawasee Lake, in South Fractional half of the Northwest Fractional quarter of said Section 24; thence North 89º26'17" East, along the North line of said Lot #1, 330.00 feet; thence South 06°38'46" West, along the West line of J & R Realty property as described in Document #92-01-0929, 101.53 feet (recorded 101.0 feet) to the Southeast corner of J & R Realty Inc.'s property as described in Document #97-02-1006 and the Point of Beginning; thence South 13°41'17" West, along said West line, 82.40 feet to a 3/4" pin at the Southwest corner of said J & R Realty property and the Northwest corner of Kaye M Gibson's property and the Northeast corner of Erich D. & Kimberly A. Walls's property as described in Document #20101000482; thence South 88°29' 56" West, along the North line of said Walls's property, 150.00 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Lung Lane; thence North 13°41'43" East, along said East right-of-way line, 82.35 feet to a railroad spike at the Southwest corner of said J & R Realty Inc.'s property as described in Document #97-02-1006; thence North 88°28' 49" East, along the South line of said J & R Realty Inc.'s property, 150.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.27 acres more or less. This action is instituted and prosecuted by the Plaintiff for the purpose of quieting title to the above-described real estate as against any and all named Defendants, claims, and claimants, whatsoever and whomsoever, and as against the world. You and each of you, or your respective attorneys on your behalf must respond to the Complaint by answer or other response thereto on or before the 25th day of April, 2016, the same being more than 30 days after the third and last publication of this notice.
