The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint to Quiet Title wherein the Plaintiff seeks an Order from the Court releasing a real estate mortgage related to the following described real estate to the Plaintiff.
Lots 8, 9, 10 and 19 in Fox's Addition, the south 85 feet of lot 18 in Fox's Addition, the north 55 feet of lot 18 in Fox's Addition and the south 48 and 1/2 feet of lot 7 in Fox's Addition, commonly known as 2015 Fox Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 and 749 Taylor Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
This Summons Service by Publication is specifically directed to the following defendant whose whereabouts are unknown:

In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
