You are notified that you have been sued in the Kosciusko Superior Court 1 by the person named as Plaintiff. The nature of this suit is to determine the ownership of certain property in Warsaw, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana with the following legal description:
The South 44 feet of Lot Number 41 in the Original Plat of the Town, now city of Warsaw, less and except the East 57 1/2 feet of said South 44 feet of said Lot, it being understood that the Western boundary of the said East 57 1/2 feet of said South 44 feet of said Lot is the centerline of the North and South wall extending across the said South 44 feet of said Lot at said point.
The Plaintiff alleges that the property was purchased under contract which was completed in 1994, but for which a deed was never received.
This Summons by Publication is directed to the named defendants listed above, whose present address is unknown to the Plaintiff after diligent search.
If you claim any interest in the real estate at issue or have a claim for relief against this plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in a written Answer to the Complaint.
You must answer the Complaint in writing by you or your attorney on or before December 21, 2018, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief that the plaintiff has demanded.
