STRINGHAM and STATE OF INDIANA, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT 2012 TERM CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-1211-MF-291 TO; THE HEIRS, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF THE ESTATE OF DALE E. STRINGHAM. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been made a part of the Kosciusko Circuit Court by a complaint filed by the plaintiff, Mutual Bank, the title of the case as shown by the complaint and the cause number assigned thereto being as set forth. The nature of the above-designated suit is for the recovery of moneys due the plaintiff on a certain promissory note and for the foreclosure of a certain real estate mortgage given as security for said note. This summons by publication and notice is specifically directed to their heirs, devisees, Personal Representatives, successors and assigns of the Estate of Dale E. Stringham, who cannot be determined or found within out side the State of Indiana. You or your attorney on our behalf must respond to the above-entitled action by answer or other response to the plaintiff's complaint against you, within thirty (30) days after the third and last publication of this notice, and if you fail to do so, a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in said complaint.
