The nature of the suit is a civil action wherein the plaintiff has filed a Complaint on a Promissory Note and to Foreclose A Mortgage demanding judgment on a promissory note and a foreclosure of a mortgage on the defendant at the property located at 5255 W 500 N, Warsaw, Indiana 46582, in Kosciusko County, Indiana which property is more particularly described as follows to wit: Part of the north half of the southeast quarter of section 16, township 33 north, range 5 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at an iron pin found at the northeast corner of said southeast quarter; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes west (assumed bearing), on and along the north line of said southeast quarter, a distance of 1311.68 feet to a PK nail at the true point of beginning; thence continuing south 90 degrees 00 minutes west on and along said north line being within the right-of-way of County Road 550 North, a distance of 250.00 feet to a PK nail; thence south 00 degrees 02 minutes 29 seconds east, a distance of 348.48 feet to an iron pin; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east and parallel to said north line, a distance of 250.0 feet to an iron pin; thence north 00 degrees 02 minutes 29 seconds west, a distance of 348.48 feet to the true point of beginning.
