If Juan Carlos Ramirez Ramirez seeks to contest the action and all matters related thereto,he must file an Appearance in the above-named court not later than 30 days after the date of the last service of this notice by publication. Juan Carlos Ramirez Ramirez does not file a motion to contest the action within 30 days after service of this notice by publication, the above-named court will hear and determine the Motion in your absence.
