Prisciliano Alerez Vallejo is notified that a Petition to Establish Paternity, Custody, Parenting Time and Support was filed by Maria Del Pilar Hurtado Arce on or about June 1, 2017 in the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 located at 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
That this Summons is being published pursuant to Indiana Rule of Trial Procedure 4.13. If Pricsiliano Alverez Vallejo seeks to contest the Dissolution of Marriage action, she must file an appearance in the above named court not later than 30 days after the date of the last service of this notice. If Pricsiliano Alverez Vallejo does not file a motion to contest the Dissolution of Marriage within 30 days after service of this notice, the above named court will hear and determine the petition in your absence. Be advised, the Court may enter Order as to custody, parenting time and child support of any and all minor children of the parties.
