You are therefore notified of the filing and pendency of said petition for dissolution of marriage, and unless you appear, file answer or otherwise defend or respond thereto within thirty (30) days after the last publication of this notice, that is by the 21st day of June, 2020, before the Kosciusko Circuit Court at the Courthouse in the city of Warsaw, Indiana, said petition and all matters and things contained and alleged therein will be taken as true and said cause will be heard and determined in your absence and a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief sought in said petition.
