That this Summons is being published pursuant to Indiana Rule of Trial Procedure 4.13. If Christian N. Young seeks to contest the action and all matters related thereto, she must file an Appearance in the above-named court not later than 30 days after the date of the last service of this notice by publicaiton. If Christian N. Young does not file a motion to contest the action within 30 days after service of this notice by publication, the above-named court will hear and determine the Motion in your absence.
