This action concerns ownership and title of a certain mobile home bearing serial numbers 06-31-0644-K-A & 06-31-0644-K-B and is presently located at 531 Railside Drive, Syracuse IN 46567. If you claim any interest in this mobile home, then this action is directed to you. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 12th day of November, 2009, the above named Plaintiff, by GREEN, CATES & GROSSNICKLE, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court III, of Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, a Complaint on Account and Complaint for Declaratory Judgment as to Ownership of a Mobile Home, together with the affidavit of Plaintiff that your residence is unknown and upon diligent inquiry could not be ascertained.
