Jackalyn Roberts and Devon Hanson are hereby notified that hearing in this matter has been requested and will be set by the Court without further notice to you following the last running of this notice by publication. In the event you do not appear at hearing, the Court will enter an Order in your absence. Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 is located at 121 North Lake street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
That this Summons is being published pursuant to Indiana Rule of Trial produce 4.13. If Jackalyn Roberts and Devon Hanson seek to contest the action and all matters related thereto, they must file an Appearance in the above-named court not later than 30 days after the date of the last service of this notice by publication. If Jackalyn Roberts and Devon Hanson do not file a motion to contest the action within 30 days after service of this notice by publication, the above-named court will hear and determine the Motion in their absence. Be advised, the Court may enter Order as to all matters associated with the adoption action.
