NORTH MANCHESTER - Sue G. McKee, 73, formerly of Sandpiper Drive, Warsaw, died at 10:45 a.m. April 1, 2008, in Manor Care, Elgin, Ill., where she resided.
She was born June 18, 1934, in Vincennes, to Lewis Delbert and Beatrice Mae Grimes Grigsby.
A registered nurse, she retired from Mason Health & Rehab, Warsaw, and worked at Wabash County Hospital while living in Wabash. She graduated from Lincoln High School and Good Samaritan Hospital Nursing School, both in Vincennes. She attended Walnut Creek United Methodist Church, Warsaw, and was a member of Delta Theta Tau sorority. She also lived in Crawford County for a number of years.
Surviving are two daughters, Kathleen (and spouse Robert) Kowalski, Elgin, Ill., and Deborah (and spouse Ray) Stiffler, Indianapolis; a sister, Nancy Spore, Mentone; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at DeLaughter-Mckee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
