NORTH MANCHESTER – Sue Ann Ulrey, Wabash, died Oct. 19, 2025, at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne.
She was born Jan. 11, 1941, in Elwood, to Lewis A. and Loretta B. Morris Sturtsman. Sue married Robert L. Ozenbaugh and later married Paul Ulrey, who preceded her in death.
Local survivors are sons Robert Ozenbaugh, Atwood; Richard Ozenbaugh, Virgil (Violet) Ozenbaugh, North Manchester; and Scotty Ozenbaugh, Liberty Mills.
A celebration of Sue’s life will be held at a later date.
The family of Sue Ann Ulrey has entrusted McKee Mortuary with care and final arrangements.
