U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman was sworn into the 113th Congress by House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio). Congressman Stutzman, who will serve on the House Financial Services Committee, begins his second full term and his first term as the dean of Indiana’s Republican delegation in the House.
