Warsaw Area Career Center and Wawasee Center and Technical Cooperative students participated at the Health Occupations Student of America State Leadership Conference April 21-23.

Results of the competitive events are:

Medical Spelling: Siara Sparkman, Warsaw, 6th; Kayla Price, Fairfield, 9th; Krystle Haring, Wawasee, 10th.Medical Terminology: Meredith Lambert, Warsaw, 2nd; Chayla Bassford, Warsaw, top 10.

Pathophysiology Knowledge Test: Tonya Tyson, Wawasee, 2nd.

Extemporaneous Poster: Krystle Haring, Wawasee, 1st; Hillary Faas, Warsaw, 3rd.

Forensic Science Team: Kelli Snider, Warsaw; Samantha Mort, Whitko, team 1st place.

Creative Problem Solving: Mark McKenzie, Warsaw; Jasmine Hoskins, Wawasee; Siara Sparkman, Warsaw, team 2nd place.

CPR/First Aid Team: Tara Eberly, Whitko; Megan Pierog, Warsaw, team 3rd place.
