Jim and Ruth Ann Stork, Milford, will mark their 50th wedding anniversary June 22. Jim Stork and Ruth Ann Carpenter were married June 22, 1957, at Coleman Methodist Church, Coleman, Mich., by the Rev. Vernon Michaels.
He retired from the United States Department if Agriculture after 30 years, and she was employed by Tranter Graphics.
The couple have a son, Michael (and wife Rebecca) Stork, Duncan, Okla. They have five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A granddaughter and a great-grandson are deceased.
The couple will celebrate the anniversary with an open house June 9 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Milford United Methodist Church.
