Editor, Times-Union: It was surprising to have almost all of the “Family Farms not Factory Farms” signs stolen from our yards the night before two gentlemen with the Environmental Law and Policy Center came out to our area to do an exposé on their concerns that Indiana is not taking good environmental care of their waterways. They were surprised as well.
