LEGAL NOTICE In compliance with, notice is hereby given that Steve Metzger of South View Farms, (11397 S 400E, Claypool, IN 46510) is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from construction activities for the construction of a 122' x 280' Freestall Barn, 10'x24'x10' deep Stormwater Tank, and a Concrete Open-Pit Manure storage structure located, in Section 8 of Jackson Township, Kosciusko County.
