Stephanie S. Strickland, 46, Warsaw, passed away at 7:15 a.m. May 30, 2015 in her residence. She was born May 21, 1969, in Bremen, to Larry and Carol Hahn Cripe. On June 6, 1991, she married Ernie Strickland, who survives in Warsaw. She was a lifetime resident of Warsaw. She was a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in business and was a certified public accountant. A homemaker, she was formerly employed as an accountant with Crowe and Chizek and Kosciusko Community Hospital as a CPA. Her memberships include the Nappanee Missionary Church, the Warsaw WAVE Soccer Club and the PTO of Lakeland Christian School. Also surviving are two sons, Jacob and Nicolas Strickland; and her father Larry Cripe, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Cripe, who died in 2005. Services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Nappanee Missionary Church, with Pastor Dave Engbrecht officiating. Burial will be in Hepton Union Cemetery, Nappanee. Calling is one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church and from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. ***** Memorial contributions may be made to I.U.
