A Kosciusko County establishment was named in a series of violations issued by Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission Chairman Clifford Ong.
The ABC recently listed 23 violations resulting in fines and penalties against Indiana establishments.
Locally, King's Keg, corner of Main and Lake streets, North Webster, was fined $400 for the sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor and allowing a minor to loiter.
Several establishments and persons in the Kosciusko County area were cited for the sale of tobacco to a juvenile. Indiana Code requires a $50 fine for each infraction.
Of the 74 citations issued in the state, five were given locally, including: Lane's Phillips 66, 2518 E. Center St., Warsaw; Matthew R. Payton, clerk at Quality Convenience, 1202 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw; Cassie L. Kulczar, clerk at Amoco Food Shop, 1159 E. Market St., Nappanee; Rebecca J. Foreman, clerk at Warsaw Deli Mart, 3589 Commerce Drive, Warsaw; and LaChiquita and clerk Geremias M. Martinez, 896 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw.
