Stalled Train Blocks Several City CrossingsA stalled train blocked traffic at several crossings for roughly two hours this morning in Warsaw.
Warsaw city officials posted several updates about the situation on the city Facebook page and worked with Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory to make emergency services available in case of a problem.
The crossings included Dogwood Drive, which is the only exit out of the neighborhood for residents on La Vista Drive.
The city posting said Norfolk Southern was unable to repair the train, so they sent two additional engines in to push the train out of town and reopen crossings.
