Hundreds of superheroes, monsters and everything in-between strolled into downtown Warsaw Friday evening for the Downtown Spooktacular. While most in costume were children, adults also took advantage of the opportunity to dress up. Merchants supplied the trick-or-treat goodies, with a costume contest capping off the festivities. Spooktacular was sponsored by Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw Community Development Corp., Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, Bowen Center and downtown merchants.
