Spooktacular CostumesDespite temperatures dipping into the low 40’s, hundreds of trick-or-treaters made their way to downtown Warsaw for the annual Spooktacular. Trick-or-treating was from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, with costume contest judging from 7 to 8 p.m. The 2017 event was sponsored by the Warsaw Community Development Corporation, City of Warsaw, Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, Kohl’s and Miller’s Merry Manor.
