Monsters, superheroes and storybook characters made their way downtown Warsaw Friday night for the Downtown Spooktacular. Children could trick-or-treat downtown merchants from 6 to 7 p.m., with a costume contest afterward on the courthouse lawn. The Spooktacular was part of this month’s First Friday.
