Ron and Betsy Spiegel, North Webster, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Spiegel, North Webster, to Miles Malstaff, North Webster. He is the son of Mark and Linda Malstaff, Brush Prairie, Wash., and Jan and Mike Matson, Goshen.
The bride-to-be is a print room coordinator at Biomet, Warsaw. She graduated from Wawasee High School, Syracuse, in 1998 and attended Huntington University.
The groom-elect is a full-time student. He graduated from Goshen High School in 1998 will graduate with a degree in industrial engineering from IUSB in 2012.
