Pat and Dave Bogner, Fort Wayne, announce the engagement of their daughter, Charlene Spicer, Warsaw, to Robert Todd Renier, Syracuse. He is the son of Cindy and Robert Renier and Lisa and Gary Weber. The bride-to-be graduated from Wayne High School and works at Pak-A-Sak. The groom-elect graduated from Wawasee High School and works at OMCO. The couple plan a July 4, 2011, wedding.
