Don and Lorene Spice, Rochester, will be married 60 years Thursday. They were married April 19, 1947, in Akron, with the Rev. Daniel Slaybaugh officiating.
He is a retired dairy farmer and carpenter, and she is a retired dairy farmer and homemaker.
The Spices have three children: Dennis (and Linda) Spice, Champaign, Ill.; Sharon (and Mike) Reed, Argos; and Susan (and Rick) Green, Warsaw; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
